Plasmastic!
It was so exciting to see the plasma mounted and connected. It took 4.5 hours to get everything wired and bolted super safe. So when you get your hair washed, you look up and voila -- 42 inches of crisp, colourful images. It's actually a large format Samsung monitor and not a TV, an interesting fact for all you geeks like me.

Amy Winehouse visits the salon!
Of course we're kidding! Brent just decided to take her hair and try an avant garde approach --Hair Wear -- you like???
FIERCE!!!
Brent's client, Taylor, was hosting her music artists themed birthday bash last night and she materialized as Amy Winehouse. In everyday life Taylor has blonde, shoulder length hair, but with Brent's magic she emerged with Wino hair! It is absolutely amazing!
Oh Wino...you are such a mess and a wanker!

Lights out!
Good morning everyone,
I am sure some of you have heard that there was an underground fire in downtown between Dunsmuir and Pender. This is about three to four blocks away from the salon and yes the salon is effected. There has been no power since yesterday and there is no power today. Nothing is working, no lights, no hot water, no internet, no phone, no nothing! BC Hydro is stating that power will not be up and running till tomorrow.
Some of you have booked appointments today and tomorrow, please call Brent and Dean at their mobiles or email us at info@stuartdeansalon.com. If you have left messages at the salon number, Dean will be checking the voicemail throughout the day.
Thank you for your patience, we are itching to get back to work!
